This website presents Lagoon Design's studio, leadership, services, expertise, projects, and Journal content. It does not operate as an online shop and does not itself provide for the purchase of our professional services.

03 No professional appointment is created

Submitting an enquiry, requesting a consultation, subscribing to updates, or otherwise contacting Lagoon Design through this website does not, by itself, create a professional appointment, a design or contractor relationship, or any obligation on Lagoon Design to accept a project.

Professional services begin only once scope, commercial terms and a formal appointment or contract have been separately agreed. Where such an agreement exists for a given project, its terms govern that project and take precedence over these Website Terms.

Journal articles, FAQs, project descriptions and other content on this site are provided for general information about Lagoon Design and our work. They should not be treated as project-specific architectural, engineering, regulatory, or legal advice. Every property and project has its own conditions and requirements, and professional advice should be sought for your specific circumstances.

Projects shown on this website illustrate our work and capabilities. Some details may be generalised, simplified, or omitted for reasons including client privacy, confidentiality, and contractual restrictions. Several of our completed projects are shown without a named location or client for exactly this reason. Project photography, renders, and descriptions should not be assumed to represent a specification suitable for a different project.
