Furniture is the last deliverable on-site. Lagoon Design plans it alongside the architecture.
Increasingly, the pieces are our own. Our signature line spans hard furniture, soft furnishings, joinery and marble, each piece carries our brand identity. The rest of the FF&E is designed bespoke or sourced to the same standard, from rugs and wall coverings to decorative lighting.
This allows the finished environment to be handed over as a complete setting.

Sourcing and custom development
FF&E is coordinated against the approved interior. Dimensions, finishes, fabrics, lighting and material samples are reviewed together so furniture and decorative elements sit correctly within the architecture.
Where a project requires bespoke pieces, the design intent is translated into dimensions, materials and fabrication information before production. Supplier submissions and samples are checked against the approved direction before orders are confirmed.
Procurement, delivery and installation
Procurement is managed around lead times and the point at which each item is required on site. Furniture, decorative lighting, rugs and specialist pieces may be produced by different suppliers, so quantities, approvals, delivery windows and installation interfaces are coordinated as part of one furnishing Project life cycle.
The final stage is not simply delivery. Placement, alignment and installation are reviewed in the completed interior so the client receives a finished setting.
