Commercial execution in detail
Commercial projects are often won or lost in the interfaces between disciplines: where partitions meet ceilings, joinery integrates lighting, furniture affects circulation, or material specifications have to withstand continuous use.
Our execution experience includes floor-to-ceiling glass partition systems for private offices and conference rooms, bespoke fluted and slatted wall panelling, integrated architectural lighting, marble and stone finishes, custom furniture fabrication and coordinated FF&E installation.
At Ramaco's Y Tower project in Lusail, Lagoon's scope included the construction and installation of floor-to-ceiling glass partitions defining offices and conference rooms, together with bespoke fluted and slatted wall panels incorporating perimeter LED lighting. Our wider commercial portfolio also includes turnkey private office and wellness projects covering space planning, custom furniture, lighting, specialist finishes, furnishing and full fit-out execution.

Coordination before fit-out
Commercial interiors bring together operational requirements, technical services and visible finishes in a compressed Project life cycle. Detailed coordination before site execution allows partitions, ceilings, lighting, services, joinery and furniture to be sequenced without forcing late compromises into the finished space.
At handover, the project is reviewed as a complete environment: installed finishes, joinery, lighting, furniture and outstanding snagging items are checked against the approved information.
